    Computer Time Changing

Ok so I have a laptop. A hp pavilion g series.

The time and date on the laptop constantly changes by itself. I go into time and date settings, and change it.. it just goes again.

Ive also tried to update it with windows in time and date settings but nothing..

    Any idea guys?

Reading a bit on google, they're saying its pobably a CMOS battery that's dead or dying. Like a watch battery that keeps your computer time steady.
