    A tribute to dan the ab man!!!

    Dan the biggest crap talking son of a gun on this forum is getting an official thank you from me right here right now! what ive been trying to do my whole life he has helped me accomplish in less than a month based on information that was kept secret from me..

    Dan i thank you my friend!

    tonight i saw a metamorphosis in the mirror as i witnessed an unlocking of abdominal muscular control i previously did not possess!

    its only gonna get better from here!

    thx dude! these pics dont do it justice, its kinda hard to flex, breathe and shoot LOL but ill get some better ones.. man it is freaking crazy how much different it feels to flex these muscles than it used to

    I don't know a lot but I find it hard to believe you are in the high teens for bf. you look excellent. For an older dude. Lol

    thx dude im not done yet! still have yet to cycle which im prepping for here in the near future. right now its just get as lean as possible! just stoked at this ab vacuum transverse abdominis deal ive got going on right now thx to dan.. figd id give him credit where credit is due

    You're flexing? Where?

    You shouldn't have to flex to see abs. Also vacuums don't build muscle; they help with muscle control. You already had those nifty little bumps you call muscle; they just needed to be exposed.

    Yea, and got my ass whoooped. My knee gave out (old work out injury) and it was over- dude choked me till I tapped out. Sitting here waiting for the doc to clear me so I can go home. Knee hurts more than any of the punches did/do.

    Same age as you... and too old to be getting my ass kicked every day, lol. I torqued my knee way back like in 2005/2006 which took me out of pretty much everything. Tonight it happened again; getting old I guess. Don't feel old but I'm pretty sure my joints hate me and by the time I hit 40 I'll need pills to get through the arthrits pains.

    405, I don't think I have talked to you yet. I have seen some of your posts and the comments about you from other members. I am glad to see all of your progress. If you don't mind my asking, what is your height and weight? I am only asking because I am planning on reaching 195 - 200 pounds with 10% body fat before I start a cycle (not to mention at least reach the age of 25). I am currently 6'0, 178 pounds, and around 11% body fat. I can't believe you want to reach 6% body fat BEFORE your first cycle. That is bodybuilding competition level there. Anyway, I think I am overdue in introducing myself; so hello.

    right now im fluctuating between 187-191lbs 5'9" 8-9%bf (will be going to bod pod next week but dont tell Dan he thinks its unreliable )

    id like to get to 6% yes. i dont think aas are necessary to get very lean but i believe they can make it easier as well as enable u to hold more LBM and a lower bf%.. this is purely speculation on my part..

    Honestly, I was thinking it would be almost impossible to reach my goals without AAS; but since I joined this site, I am more and more confident I will be able to. I never thought I would use AAS, but my very fast metabolism makes it difficult for me to put on lean muscle mass. I am finally dialing down my workout routine though which I think played a role in my inability to gain weight. I was a little paranoid about putting on fat (yes, even though I have the body type and genetics that make that unlikely), so I was working out in the gym WAYYYY too long. I wouldn't be surprised if I want to get bigger if/once I reach those goals (muscle dysmorphia), but I am a lot happier when I see stats like yours without the aid of AAS.

    Also dan, you think BOD POD is inaccurate? I know DXA is more accurate (and expensive); but BOD POD has to be more accurate than fat calipers, correct? I would like to get my body fat checked by either one of those. My body fat percentage is just an approximation from what SteM saw in a few photos I uploaded.

    405, I will talk to you more about diet, supplements, and workout routines since clearly you know what the hell you are doing.
