What are people doing to avoid acne while cycling?

I knew bloating and gyno were caused by estrogen spikes....but for some reason I didn't think acne had anything to do with estro and hormone spikes- couldnt ever find a sticky about that....thanks for clearing that up

Thats what works for me and a host of others. But it doesn't work for everyone. Try it and see for yourself - careful not to crash your E2!

Very very nice link...gonna get right on that first thing tomorrow...I'm managing acne pretty well now with just the benz peroxide ....but I fear as I get deeper in my cycle, things might get ugly.

whats your minocycline dose? I never had any luck with that drug...although may have been using too small of a dose.

Mickeys link is G2G, been following it for a couple wks now and am almost completely clear. My pct ended a few months ago and still had acne.
