I am curious of whether or not I have to cycle off the kre-Alkalyn for 4 weeks or not.

Weights (2x per week)
Bench 50 reps with 45 lbs
25 reps with 125 lbs
4 sets of 8 reps with 225 lbs
3 reps with 275
2 reps with 295
1 rep with 315
1 rep with 325
Concentration curls:
4 sets of 10 on each arm with 40lb dumbell
Supplements I am considering:
Kre Alkalyn EFX PRO (I was on EFX only before)
Purple Wraath
Goals: increase mass (generally in arms/biceps, while reducing body fat)
