Hello all. I am 41 years old and have been working out hard for 11 months. I was told abs are made in the kitchen. Im eating clean and work out approx 6 days a week combination weights and cardio. My goal is to have abs by June 20 for my 42 bday. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
