i didnt know where to post this because it touches in a couple topics. I've always been under the impression/assumption that u should give your body a day or two out of the week to rest/recover.
But I recently saw a vid in youtube in a guy called The Super Mutant....and while I dont kno how much validity this statement holds(as theres probably no way to prove it) he said...."theres no such thing as overtraining, just undersleeping and undereating."
Like I said dont kno how true that it but something about that statement just struck a cord with me.
