I mentioned something about it before saying it was giving me issues, I can't get through a full leg workout cuz of it. Been gradually getting worse past few months. But I'm finally able to get in before it turns too serious. I had a thread in the injuries forum but it died i think.

Ya it's put a hinder on things there. IMO the biggest part is how it's mentally fn me. Feeling like my legs are gettin far behind. I just want it fixed and fixed correctly. Pisses me off more then u would think. I'll be having a great leg day and I'll start to feel it hurt. And gradually Get worse so I'll stop before it starts to rly hurt. And even after stopping the pain will still increase some.

I've had patellar tracking issues before. It would give me real issues when driving, absolute agony. Easily fixed within a few weeks.

    Good luck.

Too much time on a bike, it never extends the knee enough to work the vastus medialis fully and that gets weak. Fixed with EOD leg extensions just doing the top 20% of the movement nice and controlled.
