I've had patellar tracking issues before. It would give me real issues when driving, absolute agony. Easily fixed within a few weeks.

Too much time on a bike, it never extends the knee enough to work the vastus medialis fully and that gets weak. Fixed with EOD leg extensions just doing the top 20% of the movement nice and controlled.Originally Posted by BUTTERYGOODNESS

So it's tendinitis where my quad attaches to te patella. Gave me a script for a topical gel and some small exercises to do.
