Well to get to 2400 cals you are going to have to have some fats you can't do low fat too. I suggest some Flax and some Natty PB and nuts. Then you can do the keto thing and have some cheese and fattier meats and what not. As for things that are filling and little carbs, salad with a more fatty dressing (NO crutons or things like that) and Veggies are filling and low in cals. For stopping that sweet tooth and filling up sugar free jello. Hope that helps.
