Ok I'm 26 6'0 196lbs. I'm not on any gear. I think I'm around 16% but not sure. I put on about 20 pounds last year when I started weight lifting. I attribute most of that to newb gains bc my diet wasn't that great, all I did was start eating a lot more. Lately I've been eating close to 3000 calories and haven't really put on any weight. I was just wondering if I should bulk or cut and what my bf% is. The first 2 pics are just during the day and the last 2 are after a workout so I'm a little pumped up.
