    Estradiol Sensitive Test

Got some blood work done and my Estradiol Sensitive labs came back at 7 pg/ml. Range is 3-70.

    Is this to low?

What did your Doc or the Lab say?

    Tested it myself.

I got Estradiol Serum done a few months ago and it was in the 50s.

The only thing I have been running is DAA, and I thought that would increase it.

It is too low. Estrogen is a needed hormone in men just as test is in women. How are your joints and libido doing? What dropped it so low? Life Extension Foundation recommends a level between 20-30 but it is subjective to how you feel. You may feel fine now but if you continue at that level odds are you will experience issues, IMHO.

Yep, I was on an AI. So I dropped it. My libido is not very good. How long untill it reaches normal again? I'm currently running DAA.

Just an AI or test as well? I'm not a fan of test boosters as most are more trouble than they're worth. Read this:

    http://examine.com/supplements/D-Aspartic+Acid/

How quickly it rises depends on your bodies own physiology. It could jump up quick or be a slow rise. You may have nipple sensitivity along the way and I usually recommend having nolva on hand in this case. Your level is not totally in the toilet though. I would think you will be back to normal within a month. I would then recommend testing your E2 level via a sensitive assay. If you use Labcorp I can provide the correct codes so they don't screw it up, which they often do.

Yes please send me the codes!

    And this is what happend:

    Week 1-now: DAA
    Week 1.5-now: Formestane
    Week 2: Blood Test taken
Currently at the end of week 3 and I stopped taking the formestane. So my numbers are probably lower than what the blood test showed. As I got the results yesterday...

I don't think the formestane would of killed my estrogen that bad in the first few days prior to taking the blood test...But regardless I am going to lay off it now.

Stop that crap and just focus on nutrition and training!

Lab Corp E Sensitive: #140244. CPT Code 82670. Write it down. Keep it. Take them with you every time you get lab work done.

Sorry I got two more weeks before my meet and I was trying to get in the best shape ever. My Diet and Training are spot on.

    Thanks for the codes!
