What to fill my shopping cart with

I am trying to put on some size.
I am just taking carbo gain and the gold standard whey currently.
What supplements do you guys use to bulk up?
I already know food is the top answer...but what brands of creatine, protein or any other supplements have given you noticeable results?
    Appreciate it guys thank you

Not to side track this or sound like an a$$.....but what is your caloric intake daily? That is the single biggest predictor of size. Sure, the basic supps such as protein, creatine, glutamine, arginine, beta alanine etc. will get mentioned but none of this matters if you aren't eating to gain size.

Forget the "gainers". They are useless marketing scams.

    Agreed.

Rostigaxt, a simple trifecta of Protein,(a solid 100 whey protein) Creatine(micronized for better absorption..but not necessary) and Glutamine, will assist in promoting muscle growth, PROVIDED your diet and exercise routine is on par. But diet is ALWAYS numbero uno.

Are you trying to become a power lifter? How many reps you talking? Low reps are great, but you need to hit higher rep ranges also, 8-10 for upper body and even higher for legs. Lower body responds well to higher reps. I wouldn't recommend lifting heavy every workout every week, you would just be on a road to an injury and that means time off from training. Just my 2cents

No not really I just want to get huge.

On high rep days I usually do what we did in football which was 10 reps then 8,6,4
