First cycle was 500 test 500 eq. I was still racing and training for triathlon so didn't gain much size.
Goals for this cycle will be strength and cutting/ recomp. The last 4 weeks of the current cycle I have been leaning out and still seeing strength gains.
But like I said I will likely be on the verge of overtraining with all the trail riding plus weight training
Hence reason I thought deca would be a good choice The first thing I notice is elbow and wrist pain when training too much.
