    New pic at 240lbs.....Going to start blast and cruise...

    Just did a 20 weeker at
    1000mgs sustanon per week
    600mgs deca per week
    50mgs deca weeks 1-6 and 15-20 (something like that lol)
    Current weight 240lbs

    Now I will cruise at 250mgs of sustanon for two weeks then blast again for 8 weeks like Ronnie Rowland has laid out in his amazing post.

    Nice! I'm at about that right now. I'd b happy if I get to 240! But I'm starting out with the slingshot. Doin 750 prop, 250 test e, 700 var for 8 weeks. Gonna drop it down to 250ish for 2 then back up with the prop and add in npp
