Clen cycle is 2weeks on 2weeks off for no more than 12weeks.. now does the 12weeks include the 2 off weeks or only 12 weeks of the actual clen intake???

bro i wouldnt run it more than 8 weeks...on and off is included in those eight weeks..my expierence with clen has been the longer i took it the less effective it was....by the way what part of illinios are you from...Madmax
