Hi, I'm posting for my wife

She thinks she may have adrenal fatigue. Normally will workout 4 to 5 days a week kickboxing, but has been feeling tired, headaches, and a little weight gain. 43 years old. Is there a forum here that she can be recommended to? Our a site she can go to to ask questions like the hormone replacement / anti aging forum?

that can be menopausal time for some woman, I would go she your PCP and get some blood work done and she if any kind of estrogen, or other hormone therapy is needed.

She is 43.....I would assume its the woman time bomb catching up...But...could be something else....not an MD...might wanna get it checked
