Taking steroids after gastric sleeve surgery

Ok guys I really need y'alls help and experience/knowledge/wisdom. I 2 years ago was 322 pounds and had gastric sleeve surgery to lose some weight. Well I lost a lot of weight with diet and exercising (2 months p90x) now 2 years later im down to 237 pounds. I still have a stomach with loose skin. I have a source and have been debating taking steroids to help me get muscle back. Since the surgery I lost muscle and fat. Legs are chicken and arm muscles I had are gone. Im currently doing another beach body workout called body beast to build muscle. I wanted to start with dbol and test prop. Oh I also have irregular heartbeat but taking something for that. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Have an awesome day!

How much can you eat with your sleeve? You need nutrients to grow on cycle or not. What is your diet like now, can you post it with macro's?

I can almost put down a full meal now. But I eat at this moment about 40 protein, 30-35 carbs, 25-30 fats. Really need to work on my diet though to gear it towards building muscle. When I was doing p90x I followed their diet and burned a lot. But if I do this then I need to switch up my diet accordingly which I can get that info here.

Well, until you have your diet sorted and a muscle building workout routine, you should steer clear of steroids. You need to be able to eat enough to grow and then eat more to support that new growth. Until you can eat a 3000 calorie a day minimum, you have other things to worry about.

Just an FYI steroids are great for building muscle and it's awesome to have the strength that goes along with it. But if you haven't been lifting for a while your connective tissue, which is NOT effected my aas, will not be able to handle the increase in strength. You're setting yourself up for an injury if you haven't been lifting hard for a couple years.

Ok thanks for your helpful information. .. I haven't been lifting for a long time but I have been working out with light lifting but just started lifting fulltime now. What if I just do a short 6 week cycle?

You would just be wasting your time and money.

Work on perfecting your diet, and get on a good routine for mass.

Get your body fat down to the 12-15% range. Get a good 3-5 years on a proper diet and training regime. Only then, I would say you are somewhat ready to run a cycle.

Just seems like a bad idea the whole problem here is that you need to be able to eat a ton to benefit.

This is just a bad idea. You've been working out for 2 months. 2 FVCKING MONTHS. And you had your stomach stapled. You're only losing weight because you physically can't eat the amount you used to. Your stomach can't even be fully healed right now anyways. You're not even supposed to be eating beef until at least 6 months after you recover.

Building muscle is about training hard and eating big. And I don't mean eating the garbage that made you fat in the first place. I'm talking eating the right foods.

I tell you what, in 2 years you come back with your diet dialed in right and some heavy lifting experience and I'll encourage you to do gear.

No point if you can`t eat right plus risk injury from not working out much to going harder than ever.

Dude thanks for the concern but read it again. I had surgery 2 years ago...I lost weight but in conjunction with that I also did p90x. Im currently doing the beast body workout to build more muscle but needed to know if aas would be good for my situation. I can accept criticism but make sure you read and not glance over what I posted. Please give me more feedback.

    I tell

Your body is largely untrained and still in poor shape secondary to obesity. You should really hold off a few years (until you're healthy and well built) before considering steroids. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but steroid cycles aren't a lasting short-cut.
