    bulking diet need advice please

    So long story short i need alot of cals i know the granola is a ton of carbs and could use a better food choice but i need cals so im trying to tweak everything with your guys help. Currently im 6'5 and bouncing around 237 probably 13ish% bf have about another money on tren/mast/sust cycle which i have bulked up to my current weight from about 225 so my bulk is working, strength is up and pretty lean bulk. Want to push it to get to 240-245 ish and hold that during my pct til i can do my summer cut which i hope to stay above 230 but get to 8% bf. was wondering if i could get some better food choices i know my protein needs to be higher, carbs are at a good number for bulking but better food choices, and fats are high.

    Dude bulking is easy just make sure you eat clean and lean and watch listen to you body on if your packing to much luggage and adjust I'm doing the opposite and am starting a cut this is where it gets difficult for me good luck bro btw for a quick high protein meal get some organic lean bison chopped meat and or some London broil both lean high good quality protein

    thanks brotha! bison is amazing im out in a small lil college town without a good meatshop but i eat alot of that once i get back to seattle and man is it good. bulking is easy. you are starting early on the cut brotha! i naturally am lean but havent been this big before so going to really need some advice to lean out for summer. idk if i should just drop the 500 cals and stay the same routine or drop cals from carbs or drop cals carbs and do fasted cardio or what lol. what has worked for you?
