So long story short i need alot of cals i know the granola is a ton of carbs and could use a better food choice but i need cals so im trying to tweak everything with your guys help. Currently im 6'5 and bouncing around 237 probably 13ish% bf have about another money on tren/mast/sust cycle which i have bulked up to my current weight from about 225 so my bulk is working, strength is up and pretty lean bulk. Want to push it to get to 240-245 ish and hold that during my pct til i can do my summer cut which i hope to stay above 230 but get to 8% bf. was wondering if i could get some better food choices i know my protein needs to be higher, carbs are at a good number for bulking but better food choices, and fats are high.
