    Hello everone,

    I am new to all of this. I am a 49 year old female. 5'2 wight 124. I have joined this forum because there seems to be alot for me to learn. None of my friends or family share my interst of working out running ect. So I am reaching out for people who are in my world, and who could help and support my crazy self. I am not a fanataic but do enjoy being activie. I am from Ar. give a shout out.
