    Looking great Tron. you're holding some water so it's hard to gauge. I'll throw 14 % at you - That's where I was in October and had a similar build to yours.

    Thanks guys! I am, but this gram o test is hard to judge for e2. I'm getting bw at wk 4.

    What can I do to reduce water aus? I already drink close to 2 gal a day.

    If its 189 I'd b happy as pig in shit! 2 weeks ago I had 180lbm! Lol hell I'd b happy with 185 going into my 3rd wk!

    Water weight throws everything off. Your looking lean and big so I'd say you in the right direction

    Don't hate me for saying it but maybe 15 for a low guess but closer to 17-18% IMO because no abs are showing at all. Maybe holding a bit of water because u look lean everywhere else

    My question for you ,and all others on here is this? Who cares! You look AWESOME !!! To me BF% is a number, and only a number. Its like someone asking me how much you benchpress? I would rather look like I can bench 500lbs, rather than do it

    But yeah, I am holding water. I guess that's what a gram of test does lol I've been trying to lose it. Short of a diuretic, which I'm not gonna do. But I can't get rid of it. But I can see my obliques framing my abs in person. Pictures don't really do it justice lol I do have some lower belly fat but if u look I have veins in my hip area.

    You may have elevated E2 levels. I'd have that checked because you can increase your AI dose to combat retention. Decrease your sodium intake. And believe it or not... drink more water

    Water is not permanent, but you can reduce retention on cycle so you look less flat (not saying you look flat, you look great actually).

    Yeah I plan on getting it checked here in about a week and a half at week 4. But I'm at .5mg eod adex right now. But then again I am in 1g test. I have noticed that the day I'm supposed to administer the adex I feel like my e2 is rising. Any point in taking it ed? And I drink TONS of water, 1.5-2 gallon lately. My sodium is high, but it'd b on point if I was eating 1500 less cals lol

    What I see...you're not carrying much fat tissue, so BF% I don't know or care if you want a type of look. What I've done recently is sweat, sweat , sweat. At night I cover up with blankets and sweat out two to three shirts. After workouts I've been riding the bike fore 30 -40 min with a sweat shirt ans towel over my head, and sweat. I cut out he dairy and I drink allot of water. As some one said on here water in will take water out. And for me it's working. I've only lost 3-4 lbs in the last 2-1/2 week but am getting a hard and vascular look. Just as if I were dieting for a show and I'm not. So my body fat is decreasing a little and my strength the same ( not in a diet pre say) and my size the same, with out thew smooth bloat look. For me it's been training the same much more cardio and SWEAT,SWEAT SWEAT with the water intake high. ... crazy mike

    Oh I've been using Liquidex and my E2 dropped last check and I know that is is still lowering. I'll have it checked in a week. ...cm

    Well I'm bulking but I want it to b as lean as possible so when summer comes around I am within reach of a good bf (but by then hopefully I'll b so big it won't matter! Haha) I just wanna cut the water weight into a minimum because it makes it easier to be OCD with cals! Lol

    What I would do is something like I said, sweat the water, drink a lot of water. To keep the subcutaneous water off you have to sweat it off. Keeping your calories high. Your high water intake will keep you clean and be flushing your system. ...cm

    I don't see a bodpod assessment returning 18%. Calipers maybe, which is junk and should never be used or considered accurate in any way.

    Yeah calipers suck donkey balls! 9 kinda of em! But I don't think I'm 18%. I'm not carrying any fat in my chest. I have veins in my chest and shoulders area, I really don't have THAT much fat in my abdominal area. I just have really poor developed abs. I carry a little in my love handles. But lower abs and love handels are a real weak spot for me. Skin in my arms, legs, and back are all stretched tight. Only place u can grab skin with two fingers is by my balls on my inner thigh.

    I totally agree with this assement I held back from saying anything on his claim of BF% but for the purpose of his thread I focused on how to lose the water ASAP. Body fat take some more time to burn slowly and while holding his size and bulk. So I think for this immediate focus he should lose the water and that can be done more quickly, So those what I s aid is just what I have done (now doing ) to get more vascular, more definition and a hard look. That's all I got on that and I hope it is of some help. Like I said this is not rocket science, For this app. ..crazy mike
