    1st cycle

Ok guys did my first pin yesterday supertest 450 .7ml (testing low to check affects on diabetes)...no PIP little tender but no worse than my insulin to the muffin top lol... But am I suppose to feel different, am I suppose to feel a natural need to go hard in the gym? I don't... Is it like when I first started using supplements, meaning should I find someone else that is doing gear to work out with. I'm not expecting one pin going Incredible Hulk... But am I suppose to feel any different

You're not going to feel anything from whatever you injected yesterday. Doesn't sound like you've done much research. I'm not hammering on you, just want you to be safe.

I have done a lot of research but I have never heard or read what it feels like other than people speaking of PIP. Only time I have heard about how test makes you feel was on an MTV documentary and that's not a true source IMO

It was 1ml a week so I decided since they say supertest is under dosed I would do .7ml every 3 days...this is a complete revision of the cycle I order which consisted of dianabol, equipose, supertest, and nolvadex... Everyone told me my first few cycles should ONLY be test and a few people told my to scrap the test... Sooooo since I am a diabetic and that can lead to decrease in test I would stick to the test I'm waiting on some hcg that should arrive this week

I don't know if I would consider diabetes a set back. You can control your insulin levels. Eat clean and watch your glucose just like you normally do and I might even call it an advantage.

    Anyone see something I'm missing?

So I'm on my 3rd pin 3 weeks in but only gained 2 lbs so far... Not seeing much difference or feeling much other than random stiffy... Biceps seem to have gotten a little bigger but they are thin if you get what I'm saying... My diet is g00d a shake with every meal... No simple sugars... Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to stop inj in the glutes? Does it matter?

How much food do you consume in a day? What's your TDEE? What your macronutrient ratio look like?

    Shakes aren't real food!

Growth comes from your nutrition. Gear won't help you grow if you aren't providing enough "fuel".

Wow I wish I knew what that stuff means but I consume 2200 calories a day... Lots of chicken fish and beans... Lots of 2% milk... Fatty cake before bed. 3/4 gallon of water daily...idk if this is the diabetes messing up my gains... Sad...

I'd recommend you post a question in the nutrition forum. Tell them about your diabetes and that you are struggling to gain in cycle and believe its your nutrition. You'll probably be told your diet should have been figured out before starting a cycle, but take the criticism as constructive and stay humble.

TDEE is total daily energy expenditure. It basically tells you how many calories you need to consume daily to maintain (stay) at your current weight. If you hope to gain any significant mass, you'll need to eat well above your TDEE - in most cases at least 500 calories above your TDEE.

Keep in mind, actual muscle gains take time. Too many guys falsely believe that gear will blow them up over night. Some anabolics will add a lot of water but true lean muscle takes much longer to grow. This is a marathon, not a race so you need to be patient and have realistic goals.

I personally think that you would do great with just eating a clean diet with way more calories like the guys on here suggested.
It does appear that you may have jumped into this to fast, but not here to judge. You say you did your "research" but when MickeyKnox asks you to post your full cycle you do not reply with a full response? Also did you post your diet as MuscleInk recommended? Furthermore, there are many great Threads on here that will give you an idea of how to post a quality thread.
