Injectible Glutamine-Arginine-Carnitine any good for joint pain???

I can get this prescribed from a pharmacy and was told it would help with joint pain and is the best way to get these supplements. I'm curious if it is worth investing in and pinning 3-4 times extra per week to administer this. It goes in an insulin needle and is injected into the delts. Does anyone have experience with injecting these and would I expect to see anything out of it or is it simply a waste of money?

None of those amino acids provide users any benefit regarding the joint pain, as their primary metabolic functions are completely irrelevant to joint health.

What you need is injectable Glucosamine-Chondroitin. You should also look into Hyaluronic Acid.

On a last note, however, if joint pain is severe due to an injury and/or structural defect, this is rather a condition where serious medical attention is needed.

Hyualoric acid is complemented by MSM. NOW foods has a pill with both. Idk if your allergic to shellfish but I am so glucosamine isn't an option for me.

in inject HA into my kneee bursa annually, and 5 grams of MSM daily. plus the fish oil (i don't think it helps much)

had my knee scoped almost a year ago. real happy about that decision

Why not consider physiotherapy as the primary option here?
