    Size gain after 12 intense training and strict diet

    Hi fellow bodybuilders I'm just wanting abit of info off someone that know the score and they have maybe been in the same place as me. I'm wanting to bulk up and I'm starting ASAP, I'm on test 400,deca and dbol I'm 6"2 98kgs. My strict diet is chicken veg and 100g rice cous cous or lentils and I'm having this four times a day every 3 hours. For my breakfast I'm having 200g of porridge and a shake aswell as two more shakes around workout time and before bed. I will be drinking 6litres of water through the day to keep me hydrated as I always do.i train 5days a week for an hour followed by half hour cardio and two days rest. I've already got my workout programmes sorted and that which is no problem at all as I've been working out on and off for 10 years now so I know how to lift correctly and all the exercises for different muscle groups. I'm basically wanting to know with me having all this food, steroids, rest, hardworking and the rest what gains I should be looking at or gain??...this is a strict 12 week course so all the words on here are what will happen.
    Thankyou for your time reading this and I hope I get good info from you so I know what I'm looking at kind of gaining or what I can reach.

    everyone's different, no one can give you an exact number....

    just because someone else gained 20 lbs off of the exact same cycle, doesn't mean you will, you might gain more, you might gain less...

    1st cycle, I gained 12+ pounds of LBM 2nd cycle my test dosage was damn near double and I gained not even half(maybe 4-5 pounds of LBM, maybe). And my diet was way better on my 2nd round.

    Yeah there's no magic number..I'm on 400mg of prop a week right now and I'm up about 14 lbs. put in the hard work and keep your diet in check and pull see good gains.

    I'm on 30mg dbol a day and 750 test 400 and 750 deca too, the last time I was on this cycle I put shit loads on but had to stop through injury. My diet was t strict though but like I said this time it will be so looking at my stats and past experience I will gain a very lot of size as my last cycle got cut too short and then I was at 17.11lbs but had not a flat stomach

    dont be too concerned with weight gain, cos its really hard to distinguish between gains in muscle, in fats or in water. what you see in the mirror might give you a better picture than what you see on your scale. good luck.

    Its going to be really hard to say what you will gain because we all respond differently, when me and my partner do the same cycles and training we get different results so all you can do is the best you can and make sure your workouts are intense enough and your eating correctly for your size and adjust as you gain size, have enough rest and keep focused on the job in hand.

    Your best resource if you're really a stat whore like I am is going to be the bod pod. Get your LBM measured before the cycle and after, as well as a couple weeks after PCT.

    X2 to it all, I ran test c 500mg/wk and dbol 50mg/day for first cycle, gained 20lbs in 1 1/2 months, lost 5 in pct.. Ran same cycle for #2 and coming to an end gained 6lbs... Everyone is different homie, and more than likely you won't gain as much as you do your first cycle in #2 and beyond.

    That's good info that lads, cheers. It's just right though I will notice the real change in the mirror not the scales. I do put mass size on really easy I just want it all in the right places. My arms were 18 and half inches when I was at my highest size and I looked like a giant because its just the size I'm really supposed to be when I train hard.
