It helps with BP yuor postrate and good for pumps.
^^^Spot on SD. I know a few guys who use Cialis or Viagra as part of a pre-workout to increase blood flow. It's effective!Originally Posted by songdog
That's more of what I was looking at. I was hearing about its affect on NO levels and pumps etc... Not sure if its worth the price vs just some supplement from the vitamin shoppeeOriginally Posted by MuscleInk;6413***
^^^ 5mg PWO Cialis is certainly the best vasodilator for the buck, not to mention it has benefits that bunch of other crap sold at the vitamin shoppe won't have.
Absolutely. I don't even use the NO products any more....but I have a drawer full of C.Originally Posted by Turkish Juicer

just a word of caution. dont take it if you have any heart condition, or is currently on any heart medication.
Yes, there are conditions that would warrant caution such as:Originally Posted by AD
- aortic stenosis
- uncontrolled HTN
- arrhythmias
- hyperlipidemia
- prior hx of stroke
Cialis could exacerbate the above conditions. This doesn't mean an individual would be exempt from treatment with Cialis or other phosphodiesterase inhibitors, but active clinical surveillance would be necessary.
.....of course, penile deformities are also designated as a risk factor.....lol
^ thanks.
Wouldn't one benefit with HTN? And could you explain the problem with hyperlipidemia?
Learned a lot from you and AD, this is interesting to me. (just want to make sure everyone understands I'm not arguing here, just learning)
i was hoping you would jump in
also, in particular, i am concerned about ischemic heart disease and patients on nitrates. i agree that most guys here are fit as a bull, but you never know who is reading this site and who would try taking medications that they know nothing of.
cialis is a real medicine with real effects on the body. its not a naturally occurring hormone like test. its an actual chemical with specific indications and contraindications. although commonly used by our members, i hope new potential users consult their doc first. or ask Ink![]()
for a more detailed horror story, read this:

Part of the answer has to do with the vasoregulating effects of PDE5 inhibitors through upregulation of cGMP and nitric oxide. Hyperlipidemia and HTN patients will benefit from Cialis long term but these conditions require primary tx prior to Cialis.Originally Posted by austinite
Alright. Thanks for following up guys. Great info.
Ok so I read what ad posted, the link. I have been taking 5 mg twice a day, is this ok? The article seemed to say for daily use 2.5 mg should be used?
I never used liquid one but I am a prescribed user of cialis, it worked for me for erection at the start but then it stopped working for me. I also have seen people talking about its benefits but it stopped giving me the actual benefit I was looking for. On the top it drops me dead, takes all my energy, I can't even go gym after that. That's what cialis is doing to me at the moment. May be if I was on test then cialis will be more effective in more ways.
Just my 2 cents
