First cycle, need some advise with AI!

hey guys.
I've read a bit about letro now, but I still do not understand the doses. Some recommend 0.25 ED and some recommend from 0.25 to 0.50 every time you inject testo e.

This is my first cycle, and its a 500mg testo E for 8 weeks, and i just got the letro in the mail.

My stats:
24 years
195 cm / 6.4 foot
105 KG / 233lbs

Any advise?

Dont use Letro.

Use Aromasin or Arimidex.

Protocols are .25mg EOD to start with Arimidex and 12.5mg EOD to start with Aromasin - both can be purchased from the site sponsor AR-R.com

Lay out your complete cycle including PCT and hCG protocols. You may have other areas that need attention.

I tok 0.20 MG with Letro yesterday. Can i switch AI at this point ? An why are you so negative about letro ?

Hi I'm new to boards but if you read sticks about ai etc you will see letro is a powerful ai that will block almost all eastrogen, limiting your gains. Keep letro on hand incase you start experiencing problems.

First of all, if you running long ester test and it looks like you are pinning twice a week, you should run it at least 10weeks.

Your PCT is week, add CLOMID 75/50/50/50 and front load your NOLVA 40mg first two weeks.

Forget letro, too harsh for this cycle get AI as MICKEY suggested and continue until PCT start.(14days after last E, 18after C)

Your pct starts 2 weeks after your last shot bro.I would really suggest you do some reading before you start your cycle.Beacuse it isnt hard to see your knowledge is weak.READ THE STICKYS BRO!

Read BOLDS first.

Yes you can switch. And keep in mind Letro is a very strong Estrogen blocker. I dont recommend it. I would rather see you with Aromasin or Arimidex.

Also, drop your AI at the last wk your are pinning your Test Enth.

PCT as Gaspaco suggested..

Clomid 75/50/50/50 <---- if using tabs, 100mg first wk is fine.
Nolva 40/20/20/20

Letro is a bit harsh and I wouldn't mess with it unless there was existing gyno already. Adex would be my choice personally

My firsk 8 weeks cycle had a gap for 2 weeks before pct. it was only the Ai i was planning to use as long the Test e was in my system.

So you recomend:

week 1-10 500mg testo e
week 1-10 with AI Aromasin .25 EOD
and start the PCT 2 weeks after that. But i hvae read that Clomid and nolva are prety much the same thing,so you can only run novladex and get the same results?

But if the testo is in my system for 2 weeks, isn'ti pruden to run the AI for 2 more weeks after det last injection?
