    Test only cycle and training option

    Hi, my question might be bit stupid but I wanna know, heaps of people start their first cycle with test E, 12 weeks , 500mg EW.
    My question is, is it for bulk or cut? Or can be used for both.

    It could be used for either a bulk or cut. That is determined by your diet and training regiment not the compound you take.

    Either, but typically for bulk. And there are other compounds that need to be used during cycle and a solid PCT to help keep gains. Of course diet is key to either goal.

    The gains you make from either a bulking or cutting cycle will be determined by your nutrition. You can do either on a test only cycle

    What if

    1. my diet is for bulk and I am doing cut exercises?

    2. My diet and exercises both are for cut,

    will test help me bulk a bit during the cut session?

    I wanna bulk but not like normal bulk periods in which you put on fair bit of body fat, will test help me achieve that if my diet and exercises are for cut?

    If you have a calorie deficit you will lose weight if you have a calorie surplus you will gain weight.

    A lot of people think that lifting heavy is for bulking and lighter is for cutting. While i agree if you are bulking i seem to be able to lift heavier than when cutting. I can lift lighter and still bulk. The whole idea is just to fatigue the muscle.

    Intetesting. I have always thought that as long as the muscle was fatigued, you were good. I find that building muscle is the best wat to burn fat anyways. Ive been on heavy weights/low reps for 6 weeks. Now for the next 6, I'm doing moderate weights/high reps. I'm getting a lot more muscle fatigue this way, and I'm still bulking.

    Hi Ali,

    I read your other thread about TRT.

    I hope this information gathering about AAS cycles is just that, at this point in your life. I highly recommend that you first straighten out your bloodwork and determine if you are in fact suffering from Andropause.

    If you begin a cycle without first dialing in your hormones/testosterone levels, you will delay the opportunity to iron out whether or not you are hypogonadal or what the specific problem is. You'll also have no baseline to refer to. And post cycle will be nothing but a nightmare as your body attempts to find homeostasis.

    Have bloods done then consider AAS. In the meantime, continue on your research and fact finding mission.

    Ive lost a total of like 25 lbs and about 10% bf with Test E....all about diet and training

    To each there own, but in Canada it's winter , we be bulkin. Some excess body fat is ok, I'm probably 15£% bf. In June Ill cut er up
