There are many aspects of this board that have nothing to do with steroids. We strongly encourage all newer members to spend quality time in our diet and exercise sections. And believe it or not, we actually DISCOURAGE many members from trying/using steroids. Overall, we are fairly protective of our members health, and only advocate the intelligent and safe use of steroids.

Thank you for the information, Roman. I am not particularly interested in steroids myself, but I wouldn't presume to speak for anyone else. I believe in informed choices. That's what is important to me. I do try to eat a generally healthy diet, and get, what for me is, a good bit of exercise. I suffer from fibromyalgia, and thus must temper my exercise due to pain. That said, I have a gym membership, work out with my roommate 3 - 5 times a week, and see a personal trainer 2 -3 times per month. So, maintaining as good health as I can is something I do work on.

It's not different for every girl. I have no need and no reason to hide anything from J. Even if she doesn't agree with my decisions she'll hold my hand all the way through any consequences of them. We're more than just best friends and Mom/Daughter.
