For when whey pancakes just aren't enough. I can vouch for these, their better than good, their f***ing great.
Ingrediants
2 tbsp Egg Whites
0.1 cup ground Almonds
1 tsp Baking Powder (Low Sodium)
1/8 cup Sugarfree Maple Syrup
1.5 scoop (32g a scoop) Vanilla Whey Powder (this is the only time i will ever use vanilla whey, i usually hate the stuff)
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup) Almond Flour
3 tbsp 0% Greek Yogurt - Vanilla
Prep (very easy)
Stir all ingredients except for 3tsp greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop whey, 2tsp almond milk very well and cook into pancakes on a non-stick pan.
To make the topping mix the left over greek yogurt, whey and almond milk together and layer on pancakes.
