Nolva. 40/20/20/20

Ten days in. Nipple is red a little sore to touch. Most of redness is actually just below nipple. Should I up the nolva back up to 40. Can I addAI?

Stop playing with them, you know you are.

You don't necessarily have to increase your Nolva. Just continue with your protocol and monitor, but don't touch them! You can extend your Nolva another wk or two if at the end if you still feel a bit of sensitivity.

Im not saying that at all. Im suggesting that youre playing with them and inflaming your nipples. Im also suggesting that IF in fact you are experiencing the infant stages of Gyno, then continue to monitor during PCT to make a proper determination, again, without touching them!

Then, you can increase your Nolva and monitor again. Gyno will not all of a sudden materialize in one day. It takes time so relax use this time to get acquainted with your body and system. This is a perfect opportunity to get to know your hormonal/E2 limits and become familiar with them.

I rarely get excited about this anymore now that i know my body and the signs to look out for.

No. IF it gets worse, increase your Nolva to 30mg/day for one wk and re evaluate.

Also you may extend your Nolva by a couple wks as i already indicated to ensure there is no activity at the breast area or nipple. But take this wk by wk and dont jump to conclusions yet. IF you begin to developed a lump, that's a different ball game. But still no reason to panic.
