    cycle help

    I have been on HRT for roughly 8 months now. With that said I am feeling much better but would like to blast for 10 weeks. I am currently taking test cyp 1 CC per week split in half and pinning every 3.5 days, HCG every 3.5 days and ameridex .025 EOD.

    So are you pinning 200 mg test EW?

    Just up the test for your first blast and see how your body reacts to the extra test

    If you decide to run a blast or cycle, i would highly recommend you do a full blood panel before you begin. This will provide you with a baseline as a reference, especially if you're feeling fine.

    I have been training for years on and off however, consistently training for 8 months now with a trainer.

    Mickey, I will have a full panel of blood work done before I start, in the middle of the cycle and at the end. As I stated above, I feel better but still a little lethargic at times. The doc said, my blood work looks great.

    Mickey,

    I saw the post **Most Common Beginners Cycles** and have read it many times. To maximize my gains do you have any other recommendations? My base matobolic rate is 1800 calories, so I am going to increase it to 2300-2500 of clean calories to add lean mass. I typically work out four days a week splitting body parts i.e. chest/tri's and one day of cross fit with kettle bells. Any suggestions?

    1800 cals to maintain??

    LBMx15=TDEE (or very close)

    169lbsx11%BF= 18.59lbs of BF
    169-18.59=150.41

    150.41x15=2256.15.

    Your TDEE is closer to 2200 cals, not 1800.

    I would increase daily cals to 2700+ to gain weight. Work up a solid exercise routine and your gtg.
