By the way what do you think my bf is? The machine used to measure that you just hold in your hand and input info says I'm 15%. I think that's a little high but maybe not.

hey bro, its me again ( guys with close stats) im about 2" taller but 190 12% and going to be running the same cycle with some var on top of that.
what do you have in store for diet? calorie wise?

Thanks fellas I was trying to do some pretty good natty building during the off season and cut a little during the time too. My cals are around 3600ish for the time being which I'm finding it hard to get up to that count but by the end of the week I will have it pretty dialed in. Macros are set and I'm just working on the food timing and learning this new app called "my fitness pal". It's pretty helpful and there's another program on the computer I will be using. Ill keep pics coming over the cycle.

I dont think you gain much fat if any, 3600 is too much for me. My maintenance is 2500 190@ 12% 5ft 10
my diet i have another month to dial in. I am still deciding if I want to add LBM or full out cut. ( i had my mind made up on add LBM, until i read "Cj111" post in this section)
which will be the decider if im 2100 or 2900.

No prob brother and will do. My maintenance level is around 2800. I was at first thinking of running around 3200 but I have a nutrition section thread going and Lunk told me I should run it around 3800 but I'm having a hard time hitting that..even at 3600 is hard. I'm still only hitting around my maintenance but I haven't got my hands on a scale yet to get it precise and I'm still figuring out my macros and what foods to use to hit them but I'm close and doing good as of right now on diet.
Hit the nutrition section up too and get with me on there for help. And to the other guys please help me out there too. That section has been pretty dead at least for me besides lunks help. That's where I'm struggling the most. My workout weeks are set and good to go and my sleep schedule is good I just need to get this close to perfect if I can.

Yeah I need a little more work on the lower side of my back. Hard areas to hit but I think that's a lot of water retention. It will clear up soon enough and has some already. And it's hard to take a pic of your own back. No harm done though...I like constructive criticism! Makes me work harder.

It's all good man ill still be going strong in April. I may push mine to 9 weeks depending because ill have an extra week In between before I leave for vacation. I could have waited another week to start but I was anxious.
Looking good thought man. Your ready to go now as far as body wise. I would play it safe too and get blood done to be sure. I did the same thing with my yearly check up to make sure. If I had it that day I would have started then Haha.

I would just eat few hundred cals under your maintenance level and drink plenty of water. You still have most of the month to cut so you have some time. You will retain some that looks like fat but you will burn that quick once you start your cycle.
I'm already getting that jacked feeling where my veins are popping out of my arms and its still way early on. Nothing crazy yet as far as strength or cutting but I know that's still a good week away before I see see any results like that.
And I hear ya on the tats. I got mine when I was younger and have been wanting to have them all redone but just can't find the time or a good artist where I live now so that will have to wait.
I've read something about tats while on cycle being a "no no" but I think that's just talk. I don't think that would detour me from getting it done unless someone provided a legit reasoning.

^^^ thanks buddy I've been working hard counting those macros and nailing them the past week and managed to start hitting around 3500 calories like you said. Seems to be working. Kind of stalled on the weight gain so I'm upping the calories again.
