Hi everyone, new user here.
I am planning on running Anavar only in a few weeks and would like to know what the recommended pct would be according to you guys.
I plan on running 50mg a day for 6 weeks. My goal is strength increase without weight gain, as well as body fat drop.
I am 6ft 0.5in 234lbs 11-13% body fat 32yrs old
My core lifts are all I'm interested in and currently my strength level is as follows during last pre season strength training phase:
Bench 167.5kg 2 reps
Deadlift 275kg 3 reps
Squat 220kg 2 reps
Half squat 245kg 1 rep
Right now I'm probably not far off those numbers but I'm looking to get stronger and am confident I can surpass these with 6weeks Var. I have used var before for 4 weeks with a 2 week pct clomid.
