    how to tell what proportions are needed

    I dont compete but i want to before i hit 30 lol
    I know my leg mass is lagging and my triceps (lateral )
    Overpower my shoulders . How can i get a opinion on what is needed to be as ascetic and symmetrical as possible ?

    When your skin is super tight around all your body parts...You look full, looks like muscle is pushing out through your skin to the point where looks like skin can RIP!

    No, it's pretty cool to read! It's not reasonable for woman who lift and don't have implants though.
