Just did shoulders today, 80lbx11..was happy.
I don't plan to go much higher than 80, just increase reps..I got bad shoulders from hockey and tore my rotator cuff years ago

I remember when I was young, and doing probably 40's, and I was about half way up and my arm just rotated backwards literally with the dumbbell still in my hand..My shoulder still grinds and clicks cause of that injury. Blah!

50-60's... shoulders already get enough work from other things so I don't push it.

the last time I was in the gym before my accident I was running 75's x15 then 80's x12 then two sets at 90's x 8... since then I've been walking on my hands (crutches), and had a PICC line in for the most part, so I haven't done shoulders since.

I've never gone higher than 80's but can't remember my reps... nothing impressive, I can tell you that much. Shoulders are without a doubt my weakest muscle group.
