first cycle, help with pct and controlling gyno.

so about two years ago i done about 6 months of research and learned ALOT about using. But i never pulled the trigger and i have forgot alot of the info i learned. So i am back and starting to do my research. I will be running TEST 250 injection and winstrol oral. just looking for some advice and info on a pct and when to start, also what would be good to use for gyno. What is your planned cycle? Stats?

500 mg of test first week then 250 for 9 weeks
start winstrol 3-4 weeks into cycle,
start my pct 10-14 days after last injection, and gyno prevents twice a week , ajust as needed.

33 years old
6'3" 220
10-15 % BF
diets in check since this will be a cutting cycle, will include alot of cardo also.
work out 5-6 days a week.

any advice or adjustments on this are welcome

You should have good results with 250mg/week but you might as well run 500mg/week. Do you only have one 10ml vial or something?

How long are you running winstrol for? At what dosage?

What are you using for an AI?

Are you using HCG?

What is your proposed PCT (compounds and dosages)?

Anything for blood pressure?

i have 10 ml on hand but no problem to get another 10 ml.
HCG 250iu week 1-12 twice a week from what i read take day of injection.
clomid 75/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20
still doing research on how i should run winstrol,
blood pressure NO, didnt think about that.
looks like ill run letro for gyne flare ups, since its what i can get my hands on. twice a week or as needed.

Look at liquidex from the site sponsor. Letro isn't something I would recommend running weekly. May want to do 500 every week with the test. And winny isn't really great unless your body fat is low. I'd say def not at 15% or up. I wouldn't run it if I was over 12%. It's not gonna help you lose fat just harden what's there and add vascularity

thanks guys and girls for the help, just wanting to do it right, my buddie started 250 of test 250 and dbol two weeks ago and i asked about his pct, and he is using ovc stuff, i tried to tell him but hes bull headed, no way will i take advice from him,
