My first cycle, this is what i came up with so far.

after research and asking questions on this forum and looking a site sponsers this is what i got, please help adjust if need.

test- 500 per week 10 week cycle
AI- liquidex .25 mg EOD 10 weeks
HCG- 250iu twice a week 12 weeks
PCT
clomid 75/50/50/50
tamox 40/20/20/20
start 12-14 weeks after cycle

UDCA for liver protection.

a couple questions.
dbol should i take with test or no for my first cycle? will it help?
UDCA for live daily? weekly? how much?
can i take one of my HCG pins when i pin the test, so i could get two pins done a once,
Do i need to take a anything ovc to help protect myself while ,after cycle?
thanks for the help, just want to do it right!!!!! with the luck i have had the past 1.5 years i know ill grow boobs and never see my boys again. just dont want that to happen.

No dbol. Everything else looks good. You can run your test for 12 weeks. AI EOD up to PCT.

Looks like you've done pretty well without the AAS already! You'll see great results without the dbol. Personally, I felt like a tank but it was more water weight than I would have liked.

Last HCG shot should be 4 days before PCT. HCG best taken subcutaneous not intramuscular. No need to take otc stuff for PCT. Your PCT looks good.
