Do I need PCT for stopping after single injection?

My friend pressured me to try a 4 week cycle just to experience it. I regretfully caved in and want to stop now, I am not ready for this at this time in my life, maybe down the line. I took a single injection of 300mg testosterone cypionate. Is there a possibility of developing gyno, or withdrawal symptoms if I do not take arimidex or do a PCT, or should i just forget it ever happened? My friend is making me feel bad about this saying that I took nothing, and will recover no problem, but my beleif is even though its not a cycle, a single injection shuts me down. What would be the proper PCt for this, and should I be taking arimidex?

thanks guys, i was losing my mind, thinking I was gonna get gyno, or unable to get my natural t levels back after. Im not a bodybuilder, but do lots of baseball and cycling, I dont want to mess with my body until I start going downhill, Im only 29, maybe in 5-10 years.
