Today my last sust shot, starting gyno. what to do?

Hi all,
So today its my last sust shot, but at the same time, gyno is starting. I have a little lump behind the tit, visually its not swollen and not puffy, but, its there and its starting. I don’t think its prolactine gyno, because I’m taking since 2 weeks, 0,5 caber E3D.
I’m taking 10mg ED stane, but its Prochem one, so it might be underdosed. Should I increase Stane, or its too late now, and should I go on with 10mg this week until end of cycle and start Nolva next week??? I’m on 250UI HGC E3D too, so it might be another reason for gyno.

Wtf is with all the gyno threads lately? Even on aussie gym forums theres more gyno threads popping up then any other thread

I'll go up to 20mg stane today, because although its my last shot today, I want to play it safe.... should I add some nolva?? 10mg or so? because I read, stane takes it time to do its effect in changing dosage.
how should I change dosages? plus today its HCG time.

Did you run an AI on cycle? If so, what was it, and what was your protocol?

Raloxifene is apparently a very solid choice, as well as Bino's thread. I believe the protocol for Ralox is 60-80mg/day until its gone.
