Stats: 24 5'10 173lbs. I have been lifting for a couple of years now. It took me a while before I really knew what I was doing with my diet and training. I have spent the majority of that time cutting. I haven't done a proper planned bulk before. I will when I finish this cut in a few more weeks/months. I may be good to bulk naturally for a good while before going on cycle. Please advise me when I should start my first cycle. When I plateau?
