Hey everyone. I'm new to the site and would love some advice. I tried to do some searches and hate to repeat threads but couldn't find what I wanted exactly. Here are my stats
Age:34
Height:5'8"
Weight: 170
Body fat: 9-10%
Nutrition: I don't eat enough. I know I know. I'll work on it
Supplements: 1mr, bcaa, omega3, vit c, vit b, multi vit
I've ordered m1t. Taking milk thistle in prep for the cycle. I've seen posts referring to nolva, Clomid etc for the pct. Hawthorne berry for blood pressure etc etc. I saw an old thread by a member (NSA) from 2004 that had lots of info. I'm just wondering if his thread may still be valid. Or is there a fresh thread that has full coverage? I guess what I'm wondering is what should my cycle be like. I'm thinking of a 4 week cycle with a 4 week pct. I'm looking for help with what to take when and in what dosages. I'm obviously a bit nervous as this is all new to me and would like to avoid/reduce side effects where ever possible.
