Been going through a stressful breakup with an emotionally abusive person....and unfortunately...when someone starts to abuse a drug...seems the drama never ends.
20lbs later...and unfortunately skinny....trying to find my sanity again.

Glad to see you back. I know from personal experience how hard it can be. It's easy to look in from the out side and say you should have just left but no one knows until they have been there. I went thought it for 2+ years everything imaginable and some not so much.Originally Posted by Kawigirl

I gave him numerous warnings regarding his outbursts...saying I won't put up with it...and well...enough was enough. My tenants were moving out...and I guess someone knew I'd need my place again. And...I just said...I'm moving out. Lets try it this way...living seperately. But...he chose cocaine....and often; with his ex who ran him into debt...and took everything from him. She's a user as well.
but...he plays the drug user games....sobers up...miss you...love you...want a life that I can have with you and not her...than she manipulates him that I'm bad...mean...and don't forget...I'M the one who left. And the nasty msg's start...saying I cheated....I've been using constantly...just self perceiving what HE'S actually doing.
I must say...I'm more disappointed in myself...letting someone do that to me...and falling for it.

I stick to hanging out with my furgirl....training Muay Thai....and trying to get out so not to let the mind wander....

People like that have manipulation down to a fine art. He cant control you how he wants you to be, which is where the big issue lies. I feel sorry for the next person to fall under his grip once you are gone, but unfortunately, that's not your problem.
Cut all your ties with this parasite. He's probably done a good job of sucking your self esteem, or has tried to.
I honestly cannot feel bad enough for you. Im not trynna be "that sympathetic guy" or patronising, I just know what that must be like for a woman to go through.

It's funny (not lol) how something like that can drain so much of your life energy out of you. Unfortunately a lot of us also try to hard to help save the person but they just keep pulling us down with them. I know all about the Coke issue. My 1st wife choose coke/crack over her new born baby girl also. From 3 month before pregnancy, 100% through pregnancy and 2 months after pregnancy (14 months) she was 100% clean and sober but 2 months after she jumped back on and was gone for over a week with no contact. 2nd time was 6 months later for over 2 weeks. 3rd and final time for me was 1yr when I filed for divorce and didnt see her for a month. Luckily I was not working and able to take care of my daughter 24/7.
Tried the rehab, pulled her out of a couple of crack houses (scary places) and interesting situations. Positive note she always paid cash for her stuff. I had the bills and receipts to prove it. lol
I know what an emotional roller coaster it can be when you want to believe in someone and keep giving them 2nd chances. I'm glad to see you got out when you did relatively unscathed.
Time to focus on yourself again and get your life back on track.
