    Be gentle guys...40 year old new to trt....BF % estimate?

    My scale is telling me 25% which seems about right to me. What are your guys professional opinions. Thanks fellas.

    the good news is that losing Body Fat at 25% is fairly easy, all the way down to 15% where i seem to be stuck at....
