I read a lot on the net about it, came here and I'm getting the same answers. And that is im not ready. So instead of asking what to start with I was wondering on how I can improve my diet. I'm 23. 175, 5'10. Just from protein shakes and eating better I gained 14 pounds in about 3 months so I like to think I was doing something right. I try to shoot for 3900 calories a day which I find impossible most days and I get about 200 grams of protein a day. I have a hard time understanding the carb part of all this and also what are some foods that are full of calories but aren't terrible for me. and I'd just appreciate any other tips u can give me. I'm all about learning new things. Thanks for your time
