    Bananas as main carb intake

    Ey guys, I love bananas, can I have this as my main carb intake, like have 3 out of 6 meals each having 2 large bananas which is around 60g carbs. I'm bulking atm

    I don't get why you would want to do this....

    Fructose isn't a problem in the diet however I would never want to get all of my carbs from fruit....

    Whys that? It's 3 out of 6 the other 3 are rice n oats

    Fructose is mainly used by the liver for glycogen, its not the best as a main source. Starchy carbs are probably best.
