92kg,6ft,18% bodyfat and now i'm going to cut to 10% in 2months
macros would be 250p,100c,60f now i have used clen,t3 and eca in past but never stacked them together
w1-2 clen
w3-4 eca(will start after 2 days and will end 2 days before- 10days)
w5-6 clen
w7-8 eca
Is it a effective stack? anyone used it in past? will it burn my muscle too??
i will be working out 6 days a week with 6 days weight training and 20min cardio after weights!
