Hi guys just looking for some friendly advice not looking to get shot down in flames or anything like that lol may seem like a long post but every time i read on forums someone complains about not enough information so iv just given every bit of info i can, iv done my research to the best of my ability and just want a 2nd opinion on cycle/training/diet please. Il explain everything in a moment...im planning on a simple test e 12 week cycle but just want to make sure everythings in check..
Stats:
Age 22
Height 5 foot 5 inches.
Weight 162-165lb depending on time of day.
Bodyfat between 8 and 12%
Been training on and off from 16-19 wasted abit of time with shit diet not training legs or core ect but still went to gym 3 days a week, i slipped a disc in my lower back at work did no training no work and diet was terrible for over 18 weeks and ended up 130lb at 19 i was just under 8 stone even now i still get twinges in my lower back through to my pelvis area when deadlifting and stiff leg deads but i just stop, i started researching proper training/diet went to physio therapy and started again just before 20 consistently training 4 days a week and dieting 6/7 days a week sometimes cheat and have sunday dinner or a pizza saturday night. I dont drink beer what so ever either.
Heres the cycle:
1-12 500mg per week test E split into two shots a week
1-12 arimidex 0.5mg ed
1-12 provion 50mg ed
PCT
clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
Will be adding zinc, bcaas and creatine throughout and after pct.
Would anyone add d-bol for the first 4 week to kick start? With proper AIs diet and cardio is in place how bad is the water retention? Another route i was thinking was weeks 1-8 anavar 80-100mg ed just to make sure my gains are lean and no water but im aware that diet determines this but from what i understand anavar helps to stay lean, but im not sure i dont want to overkill on first cycle? Im aiming for lean gains from this cycle/year i have no intention of walking round carrying water.
Heres my daily diet i know its very repetative and some will probably say its boring so im well open to suggestions but i can only cook/prep night before dont have no cooking facilities or anything at work im a pipelayer/groundworker so i just eat sat in the works van most days, but with me working away from home all week i buy the same food everyweek and dont really mind eating the same shit different day everything else seems that way been away from home.

Thats my diet at the moment im wondering how i should adjust it when i cycle? Iv been slowly gaining from this diet but im assuming an extra 500 to 1000 cals a day would be needed to compensate for the gear? Im hoping my appetie will go up as i gain weight because at the moment im struggling to eat more but like i said previous i dont really want any fat gain, id be happy to drop bf to 7-10ish while putting on 8-10lb of muscle but have to see what happens i suppose.
My training looks like this
Monday: quads/hamstrings/abs
Tuesday: chest/bicep
Wednesday: off
Thursday: back/abs
Friday: shoulder/tricep
Well thats everything i think...i was thinking of 10-20 mins cardio while on cycle but whats your guys opinion? all exercises are done between 8-12 reps short rest periods thanks alot to anyone who took the time to read my post and reply i appreciate all the help and advice i can get.
