Goal: drop to 10%bf, gain lean muscle mass with least bloat.
proposed cycle:
wk 1-4 prop: 100mg eod
wk 1-12 enth: 500mg/ wk
wk 1-6 or 9-14? var: 50mg ed
hcg wk 2-14: 500iu/ wk
torem wk 15-18 (specific days after last pin?)
adex on hand
nolvadex on hand
so.. most importantly, whats the protocol for kickstarting with prop? I've seen people tapering down through the 4 weeks? I have 1 bottle so the tapering might be my best bet but i can always get another bottle if need be. (please be specific with protocol)
Should i kickstart cycle with the var or end the cycle with it?
how do the pct timings look with the enth ester?
