Primo easy on hemoglobin?

I know test affects mine. My TRT Dr. is trying to keep it under 16. Is it true primo is mild on hemoglobin compared to other compounds?

Generally, the more anabolic a steroid is in vivo, the more it increases hematocrit. Primo isn't too bad in this respect. Tren raises it a lot.

Even though Tren is more anabolic then test I heard that test affects it more but I don't see how. Either way both need to be kept an eye on either way. I have read the EQ is something to stay away from since it is specifically known to affect RBC .
