    Total recomp timeline

    How much can you alter your body in 4 months time given the below conditions? Assume starting stats are 6'2 195 18% bf


    Assume:

    perfect workouts
    Excellent diet
    All the AAS you could dream of
    All the peptides you could think of
    DNP
    Tons of bloodwork/prostate exams/EKG/hourly BP & HR checks to monitor sides.
    Mesomorph
    Already built up to 215 @ 10% natty before


    What can the human body do? Go ahead and drop your opinions/experiences. I'm in the middle of a tattoo session right now and bored lol.

    You can make some pretty dramatic changes if you take advantage of all that is on offer....

    If you hit ur diet, cardio and training plan perfectly you could really transform yourself TBH

    I'll have 4 months to work at it...no job, girls, or obligations....just starting to get over this shitty rhomboid tear and want to get back in it hard.

    You can acheive a lot in four months, the more time you give it the better the effects would be, by recomp if you mean a cut thats plenty of time, if you want to cut and grow your going to struggle in the timeframe, I think the most efficent way of doing it would to priortise DIET with either IF, Carb cycling, Carb back loading.

    My idea of the most effective way is DNP first 20 days and drop to 8-10% bf then lean bulk and at the 3 month mark decide if another DNP cycle is warranted.

    If u think ur gonna drop 10% BF with DNP in 20 days then good luck to ya..... I cant see it happening.... Be bloody careful... And do more than enough research if you do decide to touch that shit.....


    If I were you I wouldn't bother with the DNP.... It's not something I've even done myself but I'm not against anything.....

    I think you can do great without it....

    From there AAS and very high intensity training would play a big roll in adding as much muscle mass as possible... Hopefully while maintaining that 12%BF

    Already eating at a deficit while staying anabolic on AAS so I imagine I'll be at around 16% bf by the time I start DNP. I've done an insane amount of research on it and I don't plan on going above 500mg a day (danger zone seems to be over 600, though many people run 750 from the reports I've read.

    I should be able to drop 6-8% bf in 20 days following the protocol I have laid out.

    why not just do it natty again then???

    I've got the tools at my disposal....it seems stupid not to use them. Especially when it's not possible to do it natty in the allotted time.

    Plus I'm incredibly interested in peps and AAS. I guess you could call exploring these compounds one of my passions.

    lol yea i'm the same, i wanna try all the different compounds of AAS that's out there (except for eq lol..), plus all of the different stacks that are possible...

    Thanks for the profile link on DNP, even with my liberal attitude to dugs/compounds DNP does not sound good, and my previous response meant doing it without DNP

    Would you care to explain why? It seems perfectly safe as long as you take the appropriate precautions. Hell there's a guy on another forum who was taking 1,000mg of it and was fine...I'll be using 500mg at most.

    I can't necessarily argue with these points but I guess I just feel like it's relatively safe in small doses for a male to use. We'll see though.
