Looking for some cycle advice. And I actually don't argue what I don't want to hear.

So here is what I'm looking to do. I am looking to do the obvious which is look better. It's why we are all here. I am more concerned with cutting at the moment then size. I have pretty good genetics as far as my stature goes and maintaining muscle. I have only cycled dbol in pill form about 4 years ago. Seen some decent size and strength gain from it but was a little too bloating for me. My biggest trouble seems to be dropping body fat. I am 5'10 approx 235 but have a fairly high body fat percentage at the moment. I quit smoking last year and put on about 20lbs of fat from it that I don't seem to be able to lose. As far as diet goes I do eat well. I took classes in college for nutrition so I am not an idiot when it comes too eating. I currently do cardio 6 days a week. 5 of those days are followed with lifting but I just can't seem to drop the belly fat. Looking for a something I can continue to get strength from but mainly want to get those abs back I had in high school by summer lol.

Drugs do not burn fat only cardio and diet. The nutrition forum is waiting for you.

^^^ "The nutrition forum awaits you!" Lol. I love it.

OP, with your background in nutrition you should know that body mass is largely determined by the foods we eat and the foods we don't eat. Start in the nutrition section and have your diet checked. If it needs no modification, our scholars will tell you.

Reevaluate your diet like mentioned. Feel free to post it up in the Nutrition Section for those experts to critique.

    Good Luck

Well I have dropped my calorie intake to between 2000 to 3000 depending if its a lifting or not. And approx 200 grams of protein and and 75 grams of carbs on lifting days and try to be as little as possible on cardio only and off days. I had never had the issue before I quit smoking. It seems my body is just refusing to speed my metabolism back up. Is there maybe a recommended fat burner then? Because no joke guys. I have a great diet. And do good amounts of cardio. Just getting very frustrated that my strength has gone up steadily for the past year but my waist size has gone up. I wore a size 32 jeans comfortably when I smoked. I'm now squeezing into a 36. Have been told my test levels could be low for various reasons hence the belly fat and low sex drive.

Also I will certainly check the nutrition section. I know as much as anyone that even the smartest people need a 3rd person perspective from time to time

There are numerous products that will help reduce bf when taken in tandem with a properly designed nutrition plan. A few that come to mind:

    - clenbuterol
    - albuterol
    - ECA stack
    - t3
    - phentermine hydrochloride

Are you familiar with any of the above items?

Great idea. Perhaps you can be one of the "regulars" helping people out with their nutrition. I'd like to hear what you have to say on the subject.

I have heard of clen and t3. Heard good things about clen. But don't know of a trusted place to get it. I get paranoid that ill get a placebo and not the actual stuff. But I don't hear any real success stories on stuff from max muscle or gnc. Just sales pitches

I believe the board sponsor (Ar-r.com) has clen and t3. Albuterol has a slightly better side effect profile relative to clen. I haven't tried clen/albut but many members here have and had great results. Using the search option, you should be able to track down dosing info and member feedback.

I'm running t3 and phen now but phen is harder to find and generally requires a script.

Ar-r is good to go. Products are reliable and delivery is usually quick.

Also...switch your routine around. Do your resistance training first to take advantage of the energy stored...then do cardio after since your glucose stores will be low or gone. This will allow better fat burning and also make your resistance training more effective

Hmm I've never thought about that. I've always stuck with the cardio on an empty stomach idea to burn fat. I do switch up my routine in a sense of what I'm lifting on what days to avoid a platue if possible. I'll try that lifting first though. Would a protein shake with water be ok then before my workout? Now I drink one between cardio and lifting
