Hey everyone,
I recently started a cutting cycle just using clen and I wanted to touch base with people just to ask a few questions and get some informed thought. To keep it brief what I've noted is cramping (to be expected somewhat), substantial fatigue, light headedness when standing up (more than what would be considered normal) and almost instantaneous strength decrease. Just looking for thoughts?
4th day on clen and I'm at 80mcg daily split into to doses. Ive always been recommended by this site and others to top out around 120mcg. I have done this before quite a while ago and I remember sides but not to this extreme? I checked my blood pressure today and I'm in the optimum range for both systolic and diastolic. All I can think to attribute these things to is clen as all this started around the time I began and/or that I f'd up with my diet and am in to much of a calorie deficit. I'm going to go over my diet and think I will increase my calories. Also note I did just finish bulking aas free andjumped right into this cutting so maybe connected to sudden calorie decrease? Maybe increase calories and slowly decrease to cutting calories?
